The Pro Bono Network for Human Rights is the only clearinghouse in Romania dedicated to people from vulnerable groups whose fundamental rights are violated. Created in December 2014 by ACTEDO in order to facilitate the access to justice of vulnerable people or people exposed to discrimination or exclusion, The Pro Bono Network collaborates with attorneys from around the country who get involved in solving problems such as domestic violence, harassment, forced evictions, discrimination, access to education and health for people with disabilities, etc.
Through The Pro Bono Network for Human Rights, we provide the legal instruments necessary for people in vulnerable situations to defend their rights. The project is dedicated to individuals belonging to vulnerable groups, namely:
ACTEDO’s website was updated in the project INTEGRIS: Integrated Support for Human Rights, implemented by the Equality and Human Rights Action Centre (ACTEDO), in partnership with the Centre for Legal Resources (CLR).
