A new case was taken up through The Pro Bono Network for Human Rights. The request came from the lady's daughter, whose mother suffers from Parkinson's stage 4 and is almost totally dependent on another person. Following the disability assessment, she was awarded SEVERE, with permanent validity, but without a personal assistant. She is unable to move around on her own, eat or care for herself. For this reason, the daughter has applied to have the certificate cancelled and the SEVERE grade with Personal Assistant granted.
The case was taken over by lawyer Paula Manciulea (Alba Bar) who is providing the beneficiary with remote legal advice. We would like to thank the lawyer and wish her a lot of success in solving the case!
