Human rights area: the right of persons with disabilities

A new case was taken over through The Pro Bono Network for Human Rights. The request came from a man who was being sued by his neighbors, and the reason was that his severely disabled son was causing noise nuisance. Although the plaintiff tried to mediate the matter, the neighbours were not at all sympathetic to his son's sensitive situation and did not understand that he was manifesting himself in this way because of his mental disability.
The case was taken over by lawyer Aura Iovan (Bucharest Bar) towhom we thank and wish a lot of success in solving the case!
