A new case has been taken up through the Pro Bono Human Rights Network.
The request came from a lady, a victim of sexual harassment in the workplace from 2021 until now. The requester reported the issue to her manager twice: the first time she was completely ignored and the second time she was promised an internal investigation/research. Although evidence has been presented showing that the consequences are serious (psychological and physical), the lady believes that this investigation is not taken seriously within the company and has requested legal assistance in this regard.
The case was taken over by lawyer Bogdan Mircea Albu (Bucharest Bar) to whom we thank and wish a lot of success in solving the case!
