Case #64 Labour law after maternity leave

A lady who returned from parental leave in January 2020 was informed by the employing company that her post had been restructured since Octomber 2018, with the company undergoing a legal reorganization, a matter which had not been forwarded to her until then, although during the leave she had communicated with the institution. Moreover, the employing company did not reply to the request from the lady to send her the employment contract and the organization chart from the time of taking leave, from the moment of restructuring and from the present moment, in order to demonstrate that the restructuring was not carried out on the person, but on the post itself. Therefore, the lady needs legal advice to know what options she has to challenge the dismissal decision.

Attorney Cosmin-Constantin Cojocariu (Bucharest Bar) took over the case and is offering legal assistance to this lady.
