In March and April 2022, ACTEDO, with the support of CRJ, organized a series of three training sessions of two days each in three cities in the country (Cluj-Napoca, March 25-26; Constața, April 8-9, and Brașov, April 15-16). The sessions were entitled Protection of fundamental human rights in the current context and were addressed to lawyers, prosecutors, judges, policemen, but also representatives of social services (social workers, psychologists, etc.) and NGOs working with vulnerable groups. Approx. 90 people took part in this activity, from the three targeted counties.
One of the objectives of the activity was to share the work experience of these professionals from different fields, but also to exchange information and best practices between them. The training was interactive, with work exercises in mixed groups on concrete cases, as well as audio-video materials.

Att. Teodora Godîncă-Herlea, permanent lawyer since 2008 and founding partner of "Sergiu Bogdan & Asociații" SCPA, member of the Cluj Bar, specialized in criminal law and human rights in criminal matters.
